Maurizio Di Salvo joined the firm as of counsel since 2003.
He worked as tax lawyer in leading international legal tax firms first in Rome and then Milan, and he is currently tax consultant of a primary legal and tax international network.
He usually deals with national and international taxation system and, marginally, with commercial, administrative and bankruptcy law.
His areas of expertise mainly covers national and international tax disputes, and the assistance of natural persons, institutions and companies, including some multinationals, before the Tax Courts, the Supreme Court and the international Courts. Maurizio also deals with tax disputes resolutions through settlements, arbitration and mutual assistance procedures. With reference to consultancy, Maurizio is also an expert of  tax planning for high net worth individuals (HNWI), taxation of estates and trusts.
He obtained a Law Degree at the University “La Sapienza” in Rome, a Degree in Economics at the University “G. D’Annunzio” in Pescara, a Master in Domestic Tax law, and a Master of Laws (LL.M.) in International Taxation from the University of Vienna (Wien Universität).
He is admitted to the Bar, to the Supreme Courts, and to the Association of Chartered Accountants of Milan.
He is also listed in Milan Court as Expert (“CTU”) and he is also admitted as Insolvency Liquidator.
Maurizio often speaks at tax conferences and lectures on international tax matters for specialization courses at university level and for various other organizations, in Italy (Sole 24 Ore, IPSOA) and abroad (SUPSI, Linde).
He is author and co-author of several articles for relevant national and international tax law periodicals
