Angela Cipriani practices as a tax lawyer, acting from Milan and Pescara offices. After a training period at the legal office of the Italian revenue, she has an extensive experience in domestic, VAT and international tax controversies and in tax disputes resolutions through settlements, arbitration and mutual assistance procedures. She also assists clients in insolvency and bankruptcy procedures, even for tax recoveries. Graduated with honours in Law, she has been admitted to the the Bar as avvocato since 2013. She’s author of publications on tax matters, speaker at congresses and lecturer of courses in tax law, after an academic collaboration with the faculty of Law in Teramo.
