Roberto D’Eramo has gained a significant professional experience, starting his career in Milan, in in the Corporate Finance division of a leading audit and consulting Firm (Big 4), specialising in banking and insurance. He began working as a chartered accountant, dealing with the valuation of companies, business divisions and assets, and with investments and disinvestments in Italy. He currently acts from Milan and Pescara offices, as companies auditor, technical expert for the Courts and for privates, and he’s active part of Advisory, Business Development and M&A projects. He graduated with honours in business economics from the “L. Bocconi” University of Milan. He has been a visiting professor in business subjects, and often reports for Assofin and Federmanager on company management, as well as in training courses on banking and insurance area. He is enrolled in the registers of Italian CPA’s, in the statutory auditors and auditors of local entities
